Return request for original artwork (One of a kind art piece) must be submitted seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Retun requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted. Return shipment must include the Certificate of authenticity received with the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and funds will be remitted in Euro. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped or altered in any capacity after purchase.

Artworks may be shipped either from France or from our gallery in Japan, depending on their location at the time of purchase.
•Orders shipped from France: Delivery within Europe usually takes 3 to 7 business days. For shipments to North America or other international destinations, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days; please allow up to 14 business days in case of customs delays.
•Orders shipped from Japan: Delivery to Asia generally takes 3 to 7 business days, and to Europe or North America 7 to 10 business days, with possible extensions up to 14 business days depending on customs clearance.

Depending on the artwork, your order may be shipped either from France or from our gallery in Japan.
