Blue Horizon Trio presents three delicately painted fish suspended within a shimmering layer of resin, framed by a soft gold tin. Ortaire de Coupigny plays with colour, scale, and rhythm, giving each fish its own presence while maintaining a unified composition. The luminous blue panel at the top, signed by the artist, enhances the sense of depth and water-like stillness. Through subtle textures and vibrant pigments, the work continues Ortaire’s exploration of miniature marine worlds—intimate scenes captured inside everyday metal tins, elevated into objects of contemplation.
