Original artworks usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days for domestic shipment (France and European Union) and within 7 to 14 business days for international shipment, depending on the destination outside the European Union and the time it takes to clear custom.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  ​Return request for original artwork (One of a kind art piece) must be submitted fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Retun requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted. Return shipment must include the Certificate of authenticity received with the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. All refunds will be remitted once the artworks returned. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped or altered in any capacity after purchase.

Some countries does not charge import duties or VAT on these items, allowing for smooth customs clearance without extra fees. Your purchase will arrive classified correctly for a seamless experience.

Additional customs and tax charges may be applied to international orders for countries not listed above. These fees are beyond our control and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country.  This artwork is part of the gallery’s collection in France and will be sent directly from the artist’s studio.

Artworks may be shipped either from France or from our gallery in Japan, depending on their location at the time of purchase.

•Orders shipped from France:
Delivery within Europe usually takes 3 to 7 business days. For shipments to North America or other international destinations, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days; please allow up to 14 business days in case of customs delays.

•Orders shipped from Japan:
Delivery to Asia generally takes 3 to 7 business days, and to Europe or North America 7 to 10 business days, with possible extensions up to 14 business days depending on customs clearance.

Express delivery options are available upon request for faster shipping. Please contact us before completing your order if you wish to arrange express delivery.
